French Onion Smothered Pork Chops will be a new family favorite for dinner! Easy to make and the perfect comfort food in under an hour!

French onion smothered pork chops

Whenever I am in a pinch to make something, this easy pork chops recipe is my go to. It’s so flavorful with minimal ingredients and doesn’t require a lot of prep work.

I prefer to bake it but you could also cook it in a skillet if you’d like. Serve with a side of veggies and a side salad for a complete meal the whole family will love.

  • Onions: Crispy fried onions work best in this recipe and give it that crunch.
  • Cheese: I used shredded Colby Jack cheese but you can use any kind of cheese you’d like.
